HORRIBLE HOTEL! DO NOT GO THERE. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO! The hotel was very small. My sister and I woke to the sound of our opening in the middle of the night. They took lots of money from us for laundry and when we asked for what we didn't stain anything. They showed us and brought down the sheets and threw them in front of us the taxi was outside waiting for us and we were going to a far airport. We paid them and left.

Very poor service , I booked a king bed and when I arrived the receptionist gave me a single bed. We found cockroaches in the room and after I told him he sent one guy to check if it's true or not, he saw that I killed more than 4 cockroach. The receptionist made my wife cry from the way he talked to her,in the morning my wife asked him for an iron and he sent. When we did the checkout he asked me wife why u didn't bring the iron with u ,she answered him that the iron in the room u can send someone to check. He asked her again to go to the room and bring the iron and the way he talked to her was bad, he told her u called me at 7 am to ask for iron. She told him that this is the normal as this is Ur job. I wasn't with her at that time and she doesn't told me until we arrived the airport. The receptionist does not have the slightest experience dealing with people.

Do not recommend it. People going in to your room in the middle of the night. We were so uncomfortable and scared. No apologies whatsoever. The hotel is small and loud and didn't get good sleep at all.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was surprisingly clean and tidy being a 3-star downtown bed and breakfast . Located in Aksaray 5 minutes off the metro station and only 2 minutes off the tramway and bus stations. Neighborhood was busy and had all the amenities super close by. Rooms were a bit small but super maintained and cleaned every day, and also the kitchen/ restaurant was accessible and breakfast was rich. Staff were wonderful; there was specifically this Turkish receptionist who was such a kind polite person. I recommend staying here whenever you are in the area.

The hotel in general is good but the rooms are too small and not isolated well. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the next room, they used to loud the music all the nights & I could not sleep well.

the neighborhood is not the best, small rooms but clean i recommend to change the carpets, add more lights, we asked them to fix somethings in the bathroom and they responded quickly ,breakfast kinda good, the receptionists are very friendly and helpful

I strongly recommend this hotel, everything is good, just one thing I hated, that you cannot guarantee your reservation for the next day and you may find yourself checked out even if you told the receptionist that you would renew your reservation early in the morning.

The staff removed the unused cups from our room without our permission. When I confronted them, they claimed that they had to confiscate all the cups from every room because another guest spilled coffee on their bed. This is such a childish and unreasonable policy.
